Hello beutful people of the internet, how ya’ll doing?
one of my favorite things o watch on youtube is these “what I eat in a day” videos, so I thought I would make a post about what I eat on a normal day 🙂 soon there might be a video too… when I’m less camera shy of course…
9-11 pm – Coffee
The first thing I do when I wake up is I make some coffee in our new moccamaster, I make about 4 cups and drink 2 myself with some oat milk.
12 pm – Smoothie
Today I made a smoothie with kale, banana, chia seeds, strawberries, oat milk, pineapple and maca powder.
By this time a start to get a bit hungry so I usually make a smoothie. I usually don’t eat like a normal breakfast unless I’m on vacation or on the weekend. A smoothie makes me not feel as full and I can work better during the day.

2 pm – Lunch
So I tried this sushi from Whole Foods for the first time and beauce it’s made with brown rice it’s little bit healthier. It was fine but white rice susuhi is way better in my opioin…. Huberts rasberry lemonade always comes thru though.
7 pm – Dinner
Today i made vegan portobello tacos with a cashew souce. It was super easy to do so ill quicky write down how to make’em.
Slice the portobello, fry and season with taco seasoning.
To make the sauce add 1 cup unsalted cashews (soaked for 15 min in hot water), 1/2 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chipotle powder and blend until smooth.
Fry up some corn tortilla for a few seconds and serve everything with avocado, mango, red onion, tomato and cilantro!
8pm – late – Snacks
I’m a big snacker and will eat until I fall asleep. I know it’s bad but honestly, I don’t care. I love just laying in bed, watch a movie and eat candy so that’s what I will do. Today I had some Oreos, which is both vegan and delicious. Double stuffed it is.
Every day for me is very different and I do have some more snacks late at night cause i sit up very late and play some games on my pc. I can even another full course meal at 1 am but as that is another day of wont count that in today…
Also, another thing is I would never count my calories or go on a diet. That is defiantly up to you but I don’t see the point of following a diet unless its for life and counting calories for me would be so bad for my mental health as I’ve been dealing with eating disorders before.
